Abby Brook-Carter

Abby brings over nine years of experience in executive search, specialising in the Life Sciences sector and working with leading pharma and biotech clients. In her most recent role, she excelled in identifying top tier talent across commercial and medical functions, supporting organisations in building and nurturing high-performing teams.

As a founding member of the Women in BioPharma Leadership Networking Programme, Abby played a pivotal role in establishing a respected platform for senior female leaders in the industry. Now in its sixth successful year, the initiative continues to provide a space for women to connect, share experiences, and address challenges. She takes great pride in fostering these connections and facilitating valuable learning opportunities - something she looks forward to continuing at Aston Fisher.

Before moving into executive search, Abby was Head of Client Experience at a leading digital agency in London. This role gave her deep insight into the importance of critical touchpoints - a passion she has carried into her recruitment career. She is committed to ensuring that both clients and candidates receive an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.

Abby is excited to join Aston Fisher and looks forward to leveraging her expertise to drive success for clients and candidates alike. Outside of work, she volunteers for Bone Cancer Research and Cancer Research UK following her own personal bone cancer journey. She continues her rehabilitation by walking her cockapoo, Teddy, through the Buckinghamshire countryside and spending time with her wonderful teenage/young adult children.
