Stephanie Jackson

Stephanie leads Aston Fisher’s Operations, Finance and HR functions, combining her organisation skills with her business acumen. Her role involves working closely with our clients and our partners to ensure the smooth running of the business and practical and commercial support to the Aston Fisher team.

She also leads hiring for our own team and is always on the look out for unique talent that shares the Aston Fisher way of working and ethos on what good search should feel like for our clients and candidates. If you’re interested in talking with Stephanie about our team, contact her here.

Stephanie has been deeply involved with Aston Fisher since the inception of the business over 10 years ago, initially leading the Operations functions and Research teams – developing a deep specialism in talent research and company mapping. She has also focused on Interim solutions for our clients particularly in HR and Corporate roles.

Prior to moving into Exec Search, Stephanie studied and practiced journalism for many years in her homeland of South Africa, before relocating permanently to the UK with her family.

In her spare time, Stephanie is a keen tennis player and loves the outdoors and travelling. She has two active teenage boys who keep her busy.
