Leonora Owen

Leonora is a Client Partner at Aston Fisher, which means her focus is seeking out specific and specialist executive talent for our clients. She is a trusted advisor to clients across a number of sectors, including Consumer, Retail and Professional Services, however consciously opting not to specialise at this stage in her career. She has made many successful hires particularly for HR and Corporate function roles. Her clients return to work with her repeatedly because of her professionalism, innovative ways of approaching a challenge and her personal dedication to solving their challenges.

Leonora’s BSc and BA studies were a foundation to an earlier career in Professional Therapy. Ultimately working at the renowned Priory Hospital North London as a Specialist Addictions Therapist and Harrow School where she offered support to students and staff whilst also advising on their extended PSHE curriculum and wellbeing programmes. The red thread of Leonora’s professional focus is to work closely with individuals, coaching and guiding them through the Aston Fisher process. When not working with the team at Aston Fisher, Leonora spends time working with a number of charities and community programmes to benefit those who most need support, particularly those and their families suffering with addiction.

Everyone who meets Leonora is immediately struck by her positivity and natural ease with others. This passion spills out of work into her love of time with her family, the outdoors, fitness, theatre, and travel.
