Jamie is a Client Partner at Aston Fisher, specialising in Aerospace, Defence and Engineering sectors, which was a natural transition following an early career in the automotive sector. After many years of working deeply into these industries, he brings a diverse and comprehensive understanding of both the business and talent landscapes.

Jamie works with his clients time and time again, having built trusted relationships through strong consulting and great delivery. His in-depth knowledge ensures establishing credibility quickly both with clients and candidates. He is highly proficient in talent research, program management and skills assessment. Jamie particularly enjoys and excels at ‘unicorn’ searches – finding rare skills or individuals and takes pride in exceeding expectations for difficult searches.

Jamie is a family man – the proud father of two daughters, raising them alongside his wife Esme. During the summer months he also owns and runs a weekend paddle boarding business, feeding his personal passions alongside his professional ones.
