Deborah Bonney

Deborah is our Operations Lead - Technology & Administration. Additionally, she is the EA to James Aston, our founder and MD.

Deborah joined Aston Fisher in 2019 and is a key part of our operational success, ensuring that all of our processes and administration runs smoothly for the Aston Fisher team, our clients and our candidates. Additionally she leads on the implementation of our systems and information management and provides indispensable support for the team.

Prior to joining Aston Fisher, Deborah lived in Cape Town for over 30 years raising her family and co-building one of the largest and most successful real estate businesses in the region. The experience she gained from building and growing a business from the ground up has proved to be invaluable to Aston Fisher.

Deborah is constantly assessing our processes to help improve the efficiency and growth of the business by delivering service-oriented administration, embedding efficient operations and building meticulously tailored client reporting

When not elbow deep in data, Deborah co-ordinates the team and brings everyone together with regular events and communications. Effectively she is the heartbeat of our business operations.

Outside of work, Deborah enjoys spending all the time she can with her fabulous family.
