Shalina brings over 30 years’ experience across commercial leadership and executive search, working with boards, founders, investors and leadership teams to identify and secure leaders who shape strategy, build capability and deliver lasting business impact. Her search work focuses on senior Sales, Marketing, Commercial and CEO‑level roles across consumer, B2B and private equity‑backed businesses.
Before moving into executive search, Shalina spent more than 25 years in senior commercial leadership roles across global consumer brands and founder‑led organisations. This operating background continues to shape her approach to search today, with a strong emphasis on understanding the real commercial context leaders operate in, not just the roles they hold..
Over the past six years, she has specialised in retained executive search & interim management, delivering complex, high‑impact mandates, often in growth, transformation or investor‑led environments. Clients value her commercial judgement, pace and discretion, alongside a relationship‑led, thoughtful and rigorous search process grounded in the realities of leadership. Outside of work, Shalina enjoys surfing, snowboarding and walking the dogs, and spending time with her husband Mark, their three children and their two dogs.
