Mark brings over seven years of experience in recruitment with a specialism in Financial Services hiring. He has a proven track record of identifying and securing top tier talent, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. In addition to his recruitment expertise, Mark played a key role in an umbrella service, helping to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. His time in Business Development allowed him to build strong client relationships, supporting company growth through his industry knowledge and proactive approach.

Before moving into recruitment, Mark worked as an estate agent, where he developed a strong foundation in business fundamentals and honed his time management skills - both of which have been invaluable throughout his career.

A true team player, Mark thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives. He believes that great teamwork is the foundation of success.

Outside of work, Mark has a passion for the performing arts and has been involved in stage productions for over 20 years. Whether in a dramatic play or a musical, he enjoys engaging audiences with his performances.
